Is Extradition Judge Prejudiced Against Assange?

In the trial immediately after Assange’s arrest, Judge Michael Snow made it obvious he already has a preconceived opinion of Julian Assange by making the following statement, (as seen in the article by Rt.com/UK):

Inside the courtroom, District Judge Michael Snow branded the WikiLeaks founder a “narcissist who cannot get beyond his own selfish interest.”

How can a judge with such an opinion give Assange a fair trial? He is already biased in the situation. Therefore, Michael Snow should be removed from the case on the basis of not being impartial. You cannot successfully judge a case when you have a negative opinion of the defendant. This is unfair and unjust.

The U.K. allowing this judge to continue is a disgusting display of what is to come for this journalist. It is discriminatory and an infringement of Assange’s rights to a fair trial in this matter.

It is obvious he is being set up to be extradited to the U.S. where he will undoubtedly be treated unfairly as well. The whole situation shows two countries that claim to be democratic abusing their power to destroy a truth teller. The tyranny must be stopped.
