Perverted Sense Of Justice Responsible For Assange’s Deteriorating Health

In an article by the Canary, they discuss exactly what is happening with this decade old case and how it is slowly destroying Julian Assange.

Julianre 3 Assange was unable to appear in court via videolink for his US extradition hearing on 30 May amid “grave concerns” for the WikiLeaks founder’s health. This news is a predictable result of the UK’s wilful neglect of Assange’s well-being.
Assange has suffered physical and mental abuse since releasing the Iraq war logs in 2010.
As three doctors who evaluated Assange’s health wrotein 2018:
it is our professional opinion that his continued confinement is dangerous physically and mentally to him, and a clear infringement of his human right to healthcare.

Now that Assange is incarcerated, his health rapidly has become much worse. The bias of the U.K. judges is extremely evident in the case as well as the constant perversion of justice as the kangaroo courts continue to show their corruption.

Assange’s lawyer has previously insisted that “Julian has never been concerned about facing British justice or Swedish justice”. It is “US injustice”, she said, that concerns him.

As seen with the preliminary hearing today, the judge presiding was none other than Emma Arbuthnot. In February of 2018, she stated his fears of extradition to the United States were “unreasonable.” Yet here we are.

From the get go, this case has been one violation after another of human rights and international law. When you think it might be getting better for Assange, something even worse happens to him.

The U.S. government has sunk to a new all time low in this case and has shown the public that they have no problem with destroying their own Constitution in the bargain. They have set legal precedents against the individual that citizens may never get back as rights and yet, many either remain silent on the issue or are blinded by the MSM propaganda to persecute him.

Daily, we watch as supporters and advocates as Assange deterioriates both mentally and physically, horrified by what we see. Yet, our efforts seem to go unheeded because of lack of sheer numbers.

It is time for folks to wake up and do something to save his life. This disgusting display of destruction of one man is nothing less than murder through mental and physical torture. We cannot allow this because if we do, it will become the norm.

This case is historical, not only for press freedom and free speech, but for human rights and how we are treated by our own governments. Will we allow tyranny to win?

Assange Too Ill To Appear In Court

Assange’s prelimonary court hearing on his extradition was postponed as the Founder of Wikileaks was too ill to appear on live video today. Wikileaks and his Swedish lawyer have reported that he is currently in the Belmarsh prison hospital ward in serious condition and they are gravely concerned by his ill health.

Daniel McAdams makes the point that Assange is getting the “Milosevic” treatment. With Milosevic, the ICTY failed even remotely to make its case, denied him proper medical treatment and, then, when Milosevic died in its prison, said “We’re not to blame. He is.”

There have been no updates on Assange’s health and very little information as to what is wrong with him. As news comes in, I will keep you informed.

The Slow Assassination of a Journalist: Julian Assange

If you have been paying attention the last 9 years, you know the U.K., the U.S. and Sweden have willfully been slowly martyring Julian Assange through psychological torture, illegal detainment and neglect. They have been slowly assassinating him right before your eyes and many have just watched this take place. Those of us who have stood up and fought for him often feel as though our efforts are to no effect.

What has taken place is beyond description. Words like torture, torment, persecution, suffering and misery just don’t seem to be enough. It has been 9 years since he saw his own children. They’ve grown up without their father because there father was courageous and heroic and only wanted to see justice for those who hurt the innocent. Julian has continued to speak for much of that time at the cost of his own health until they silenced him in March of 2018.

The idea that he deserves punishment has been promoted propaganda from mainstream media for nearly a decade. The pursuit of extraditing him has been a billion dollar cost to tax payers to silence the truth. Governments who commit crimes are no better than the spouse who tries to hide his affair. The U.S. government has went so far as to purchase him in the most expensive act of human trafficking ever. The U.K. has submitted to the United States like a beaten slave. All for the pursuit of one man.

While Assange languished in the embassy, hoping for freedom, the U.K. and the U.S. plotted and schemed to destroy him. Unfortunately, his 7 year illegal detainment in the Ecuadorian Embassy in London without fresh air, sunlight, proper exercise or proper medical care did the trick. Now that they have obtained him, his health has deteriorated so badly he lays in Belmarsh Prison’s hospital ward. The fight for his life has become a physical one it appears as Wikileaks has announced their grave concerns for their publisher’s health.

Unfortunately, for those of us who love and are concerned about Assange, there is nothing we can do about his physical well being but pray.

For those who have spread the lies, they are realizing finally that Assange’s fate may be their own too late. Their false smears accomplished their government’s agenda while they followed like sheep to the slaughter. The rest of us can see what the consequences of ignoring the UNs ruling are.

For those of you who do not like Assange and have believed the campaign to destroy his character, don’t worry. The government is pleased with your ability to submit to their agenda. In the mean time, the greatest journalist of our time is slowly being assassinated along with our press freedom and free speech. Wikileaks Gravely Concerned Over Assange’s Health

Julian Assange was admitted to tge Belmarsh Prison hospital ward this weeked due to his ill health. Wikileaks today expressed their concern on Twitter.Over the past 7 years, Assange’s health has continued to deteriorate. However, since being incarcerated his health has progressively gotten worse at an accelerated rate. It appears that on Friday, Mr. Assange was unable to communicate with his lawyer regarding the Swedish case due to his health. For Belmarsh to admit him to their hospital ward, he must be in a serious condition.Please if you pray, take a moment today to say a prayer.

Assange Apparently Admitted to Belmarsh Prison’s Medical Ward

According to several articles in the Swedish papers, Julian Assange is in ill health and may have been admitted to the medical ward in Belmarsh prison. In the article seen here ( I’ve translated):

Wikileaks founder Julian Assange’s Swedish lawyer wants the arrest hearing on Monday in Uppsala to be postponed. According to the lawyer, who has now visited his client in British prison, Assange is admitted to the medical department and was unable to make a call.

Uppsala District Court has booked a detention hearing against Julian Assange on Monday morning. He is imprisoned in the Belmarsh prison in Britain for violating the country’s guarantor. The detention hearing in Uppsala will be held in Assange’s absence.

Last Friday, Assange’s Swedish defender, lawyer Per E Samuelson, visited his client in prison. In a letter to Uppsala District Court, the lawyer says that they met for just under two hours.According to the lawyer, Assange’s state of health at the meeting was such that “a normal conversation with him was not possible”. Julian Assange is said to have been taken to the prison’s ward, but there is no more detailed information about his state of health.

– By caring for his personal integrity, I do not want to say more than I have already said. But to the point, he was told during our meeting by an English lawyer that the US extended the spy charge against him to 18 points, with a theoretical maximum penalty of 170 years. It obviously stole attention, he says to TT.

According to the letter, the lawyer and Assange could “only to a limited extent” talk about the forthcoming arrest hearing and Assange’s attitude to suspicions.

After the meeting, Per E Samuelson requested that the detention hearing in Uppsala on Monday be postponed.Assange has not yet received the arrest warrant, which contains the prosecutor’s evidence in support of his arrest. The memorandum must be translated into English and then posted to Julian Assange in prison. According to the lawyer, the district court has informed that the translation can be completed only on June 10. In the letter to the district court, Samuelson requests that the arrest hearing be moved until Assange has received the evidence.

At a meeting later on Friday via video link between the prison and a law firm in London where Samuelson and some of Julian Assange’s British lawyers attended, Assange was informed, according to the letter, that the United States had extended the spy charge against him to 18 points. The rest of the meeting was mostly about this prosecution and Assange “was not able to simultaneously focus on the resumed Swedish preliminary investigation,” according to Samuelson’s letter.

According to the lawyer, his only possibility of contacting his client is personal visits that are booked well in advance or via a video link at a law firm in London. Video calls to Sweden are not possible according to the letter. He also points out that Assange is in British prison and is already in custody for US extradition requests there.Therefore, he will not be released when half the time of the 50-week punishment in the UK is served, as usual, but remains detained until the United States’ request is tried in the UK court, according to the lawyer.

Deputy Chief Prosecutor Eva-Marie Persson, who leads the preliminary investigation against Assange about the suspected rape in Sweden, does not consider there to be any reason to move forward on Monday’s planned arrest negotiations. She writes in an opinion to the Uppsala District Court that she assumes that Assange and his Swedish lawyer at the meeting last Friday went through the arrest warrant and Assange’s attitude to the suspicions. The essential thing is that Assange is informed of the contents of the arrest warrant, not that it is handed over physically, according to the prosecutor, who opposes the defense’s request.

It appears that the negative impact of hearing about the indictments may have affected Assange’s already failing health. We can only hope his condition is nothing serious. I will update as soon as I know more.

QAnon: Why It’s Just Another Parlor Trick Used to Subjugate It’s Followers

I’ve written about this before to no avail. Q followers and many like them, can’t see what Q really is. Answers I get when I point the fact out that it is often wrong are “You don’t understand, he makes you think,” or “Sometimes disinformation is necessary.” You are never laid out with pure facts or real proof. That because Q is similar to parlor trick made to control and bring people into subjugation. It also is much like the old medicine wagons of tge 1800s.

Let me explain. Q Anon is like the horoscopes we read. The difference is most people know they are a joke. For instance, Q says Trump. Football. Winning. Everyone would know Trump is going to a football game if they checked the White Hoise schedule. Suddenly Q followers are screaming, “He went to a football game. A team won! OMG! Q was right!”

Of course, he was right. Whoever runs the account (who is supposedly an insider at the White House insert chuckle), looked at the White House schedule and threw it out online.

Another way to explain it, is that Q predicts things that will happen. For instance, a horoscope may tell you, “something bad might happen this week.” On Wednesday, you trip and scrape your hands and knees. “OMG! My horoscope was right!” Get the picture?

Q is like the old medicine wagons in that he wants to sell his product, convince his group of buyers it works and then bring in an incredible profit. Only his profit is to deceive enmasse.

I wrote an article last year on what a gray psyop is and then one on how it is used to take away support. ( the articles can be seen here and here). This phenomenon full of blind followers may or may not be a gray psyop but is definitely put in place to keep Trump supporters passive.

The constant reference to the book “Art of the Deal” and 5D chess move by Trump is ridiculous. “PART OF THE PLAN” is used much too often when Trump doesn’t do what he promised. Q has misled his followers to believe that somehow, when Trump does something exactly opposite that it’s this great chess move that will end up being what they want it to be. It’s not even possible to them that Trump might really be going back on his promises and doing exactly what he intended to do all along.

In fact, the Q Anon phenomenon reminds me of a cult in that their leader can do no wrong, even if it means committing political suicide. The admiration of this anonymous source is obsessive and very misdirected. Like a cult, they follow the leader without question in almost a religious faith. When their “god” fails them it’s for their own good. “Disinformation is often necessary.” “Q makes me think for myself even when he’s wrong though I am brainwashed.” Yeah, drink that Kool Aid.

If you have ever heard of a Pied Piper scheme, Q Anon is it. Q starts by giving some factual info to “save” the people but eventually leads them astray without them realizing what he is really doing.
By first establishing an audience that begins to believe in what they are releasing, even using actual facts at first, they begin to make people believe their Pied Piper scheme. They will naturally lead their followers to believe they are on their side with statements that shows support of the followers opinions and beliefs. Once a large following has been put into place, they begin to drop statements that will begin to undermine support of people like Edward Snowden, KimDotCom, Wikileaks, Julian Assange and others.

Why do I think they are a government operative? Here’s why:

By first spreading true information, intelligence agencies, posing as anonymous sources inside the government, are able to bring about an audience of believers who are looking for someone to make their wishes come true. #DrainTheSwamp #LockHerUp #Justice4Assange are what many want and are not getting. They give supposed dates that this may or may not happen with clues and codes that really have no definitive statement in them but allow the reader to “suppose” or come up with their own conclusions of what it means. That way, followers can never say, “AHA! They are wrong!”. Instead, they tell themselves, I just misunderstood the clue or code. By getting the reader to come to their own conclusions of happenings in the news and on social media, it enables that psyop to create a false atmosphere of truth.

A government Operative will never be targeted by intelligence agencies unlike truth tellers like Wikileaks and Julian Assange. There will be no false allegations from the governments. Supporters will be left alone. People who back the govt op will never be marked as criminal or face jail time. You will never see an FBI investigation or CIA going after them as whistleblowers even though they may release truth. They will make you believe you are getting hidden facts and that you are “in the know” of what is really going on, when in fact, they never really gave you anything to begin with but “clues”.

Things We Now Know Since Assange’s Arrest

  1. The United States government and the United Kingdom have absolutely no respect for international laws. The U.N. continues to rule in Assange’s favor to no avail.
  2. Both governments couldn’t care less about rights as an individual. Between the torture through solitary confinement, the illegal seizure of Assange’s property and his lack of healthcare, we know they don’t give a damn about us.
  3. If you commit a war crime, don’t worry, Trump will pardon you. If you expose the war crimes, you will be indicted under an antiquated espionage law that can carry the death penalty.
  4. If you refuse to testify against a publisher before a grand jury and have already served time as a whistleblower, you not only forfeit your freedom but get fined enough to starve to death. Ask Chelsea Manning.
  5. Don’t worry, you won’t get a fair trial in either country. The judicial systems are corrupt and biased.
  6. Anything you did while seeking refuge in a foreign embassy will filmed, taped and extorted. Also used to try to make you look bad.
  7. MSM will smear your character until they realize they are just as screwed as you.
  8. If they can’t get you for espionage, they will have another country file allegations against you for sexual misconduct even though you are innocent and have already had the charges dismissed twice.
  9. Already prepared your defense? They will steal the files, along with your electronics and your manuscripts to use against you.
  10. Don’t try and seek asylum, the U.S. will just buy you from that country even if it costs tax payers 4.6 billion dollars. (By the way, if nothing else, U.S. citizens should be outraged that we gave them a loan this big in return for a publisher).
  11. If you expose a DNC candidate in the Presidential election, you will be called a Russian operative and a “hostile nonstate intelligence agency” and a “hi-tech terrorist” by pompous asses in the bureaucracy.
  12. Don’t offer to testify. The FBI will block your chance.
  13. When they come to arrest you, the British police will treat you brutally and most likely leave marks.
  14. Don’t plan on visitors in prison, or books or any kind of computer access. Oh, and plan on spending your time with the most extremely violent criminals in the U.K. because you will be detained at Britain’s Gitmo.
  15. Have children? Forget seeing them. They don’t give two nickels about their well being and if they do, it’s to use them against you.
  16. Your home country? Forget about it. They will not protect you because they are too terrified to stand up to the bully.
  17. Your voice has now been silenced. The only chance you have is the public. Most of which are brainwashed or don’t give a shit as long as they think it doesn’t affect them.

We now know if we stand up against injustice, the same will happen to us. The U.S. government could care less about it’s Constitution or your rights and the U.K. is in bed with them. The British government is like the obedient wife that rarely talks back for fear of losing her husband’s love. Beware folks! We are living in “1984”.

In Julian’s recent letter he pointed out that he no longer has a voice so we must speak for him. We must continue the fight he started. He can no longer speak out for us. He is defenseless. It’s true.

Don’t let his principles and values die just because he’s incarcerated. Share his writings, his interviews, and his tweets. Continue to spread his truth.

1. Write and call your leaders,human rights organizations, your local newspapers and tell them this is about free press rights. They need to fight to save our freedom.

2. Write him in prison. They are not allowing him anything, not even books. The information to write him is in the below pic.

•Please write short personal letters only. Material is read by Belmarsh security
•You must include your full name & address on back of envelope
•Include blank paper & blank envelope with return postage.

You absolutely cannot send anything but your letters and pictures on paper. You must include his birthdate in English format (3/7/1971). Do not send money because it does him no good and he will not receive it.

3. Donate to http://defend.wikileaks.org/donate even if all you can afford is $1.

This is the official site by Wikileaks to donate to his legal fund. His fees will be astronomical and he needs every cent he gets.

4. Protest! If you can’t attend one, start one in your area. If you can’t get out of the house, do a video! Bomb social media with #FreeAssange posts!

Julian Assange is well known for his Wikileaks work, his notorious exposure of war crimes by the U.S. military and his 8 year stint in the Ecuadorian Embassy but there is a lot of information you may not know. I am going to a comprehensive list I have found to be interesting for your consumption.

During all of this Assange was basically raising his son Daniel alone.

Can you name another journalist who has been nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize 7 times? Not once or twice, but 7 times! He also received another amazing award. According to The Register article:

The Sydney Peace Foundation has awarded its gold medal for peace with justice to WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange. In the fourteen-year history of the Foundation, only three others have received the prize: the Dalai Lama, Nelson Mandela, and Buddhist leader Daisaku Ikeda.
As reported by The Sydney Morning Herald, Assange received the award for his “exceptional courage and initiative in pursuit of human rights”.

If that’s not amazing, what is? Yet the United States wants his head on a platter like John the Baptist for simply telling the truth. America has become the land of preferred ignorance when it comes to the crimes of it’s own government.

He won the Time magazine’s Person of the Year award and has been nominated many times since as well.

Through Wikileaks, he founded the only news organization to publish straight from the source documents, dropbox source protection and the largest group of leaked CIA documents in history.

Unfortunately, he now bears the title of first publisher/journalist to be indicted for publishing truthful documents in U.S. history and the title the “4.6 Billion Dollar Man.” This is due to Ecuador basically selling his refugee status and him into the biggest sale of a human being for an IMF loan and new trade deals ever.

He has also been named such smears as “Russian operative” ( even though there are something like 800k documents on Russia on wikileaks.org), narcisstic, “spy”, “founder of an hostile nonstate intelligence organization” according to Mike Pompeo, and Joe Biden’s “high tech terrorist” title. On the plus side he’s been hailed a hero, a protector of the innocent, a truthteller, a prophet but most of all he is simply a human being. A human being with amazing, courage, integrity and stamina.

An incredibly intelligent man, it has been rumored his IQ is above 170.
Most may view Assange as some sort of computer geek but he was always physically active. He rode a motorcycle through Viet Nam and spent 6 months in the Australian “bush.” He also climbed a mountain.

There are so many fascinating facts about Assange it would take a book to cover them all. Needless to say, hero, journalist or human rights advocate, Assange should be praised, not indicted.

Ammunition From the U.S. Constitution To Use in the Fight to Free Assange and Manning

I am going to share everything I can find in the U.S. Constitution to use in the legal battle to free both Assange and Manning. Many rights have been violated. I will also explain why it doesn’t matter if Assange is a U.S. citizen or not. We need everything we have to fight this corrupt case against a journalist and former whistleblower.First, let’s talk about why the Constitution protects Assange who is not a citizen. In an article seen in Forbes regarding immigrants:

The same way it applied to enemy combatants held at the U.S. base in Guantanamo Bay in a 2008 U.S. Supreme Court decision, Boumediene v. Bush, which held that the basic right of habeas corpus to challenge illegal detentions extends even to non-citizens on foreign territory. The American Civil Liberties Union and many legal scholars also believe Trump’s order violates the First Amendment freedom of religion by singling out Muslim immigrants for discriminatory treatment.

Some passages and phrases in our laws explicitly state only “citizens” are afforded certain rights, such as the right to vote. So now that we’ve established Assange’s rights, let’s talk about both of their rights being violated.We will start with the First amendment.

Congress shall make no law respecting an respecting an establishment
of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

By indicting Assange on doing the j5ov that every good journalist does, they have violated all our rights under the First amendment. Journalists the world over have used the same practices as Assange for decades. The difference is Assange and Wikileaks invented a way to protect their sources in a much better way through their dropbox technology. If you prosecute one journalist, you have to prosecute them all. The U.S. government is vuolating the First amendment in this case against Assange and Manning to protect it’s war criminals.The 4th amendment:

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

The U.S. government has violated Assange’s rights to the 4th amendment through using the country of Ecuador to unlawfully seize his personal belongings from the embassy where he resided. These effects will be used in the judicial process to charge him under the antiquated Espionage Act. Legally, none of the findings from his property can be used under the 4th amendment therefore as it may have been tampered with.

The 5th amendment:

No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a grand jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the militia, when in actual service in time of war or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.

in the case of Manning, he is being held without due process and held a 2nd time. Basically the fines imposed of 500 dollars per day after the first 30 days and the fines of 1000 per day are taking his property without just compensation. They are basically doing the same thing to him they did to Aaron Shwartz. They gave also deprived her of liberty without due process.

Under the 5th they have also seized Assange’s property without compensation.The 6th amendment:

In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defence.

First of all, the court which Assange will be tried in has no jury. The judge rules on Espionage cases and from her past, this will be biased as she has never found anyone not guilty. Assange will face a kangaroo court.Also this amendment protects an individual from retaliation. Manning has been retaliated against by the grand jury for not testifying. She had no chance to present legal reasons for her refusal and was sent directly to jail without a chance to defend herself.

8th amendment:
Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.

This one really shows violations. Assange is being held under an extradition warrant by the U.S. in solitary confinement which after 15 days is considered torture. He is only allowed visitors twice a month. This definitely falls under cruel and unusual punishment. Even though he is being held in the U.K., it is due to the extradition warrant in this case.The fines inflicted upon Manning while being held in contempt are excessive in nature. Extremely so in that as she said she will starve before she backs off on her principles. It us absolutely unreasonable to fine a person a thousand dollars a day.

Under the Constitution, our government has set a precedent against our rights through the persecution and prosecution of both Manning and Assange that we cannot allow. We must fight these violations tooth and nail before our very democracy is destroyed.
